Professionally, I’ve spent over a decade building and leading high-performing teams that deliver meaningful results. As a Senior Manager in Technical Program Management, I focus on driving innovation, enabling teams, and creating systems that make work better—not just for organizations, but for the people behind them. My leadership philosophy is rooted in collaboration, coaching, and empowering others to exceed their own expectations.
Beyond my day job, I wear many hats. I’m an adjunct professor teaching business analytics, where I get to share my love of data-driven decision-making with students eager to make their mark. I also lead a nonprofit firefighting organization, a role that combines community service, operational strategy, and people management in ways that deeply fulfill me.
But there’s more to me than my career. I’ve always been driven by curiosity and a desire to explore new horizons. Whether it’s taking road trips in an EV (Terry and Reggie, my Tesla and Rivian, are practically family), experimenting with smart home technology, or transforming my lawn into a lush oasis, I approach everything I do with equal parts passion and curiosity.
