AI Jumpstart
Three weeks. $2,500, fixed. Two or three real workflows running on the AI tools you already pay for.
Most small businesses already have access to capable AI: it’s built into the email, documents, and software you use every day. What’s usually missing is the time to figure out where it actually helps and to set it up properly. AI Jumpstart does that with you.
Who it’s for
- Owners and small teams, roughly 1 to 50 people, who suspect AI could save them real time but haven’t made it stick
- Businesses already paying for tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, or similar, and not getting much out of them
- People who want working results, not a strategy deck
What you get
- A kickoff workshop (about two hours) to map where your time goes and pick the workflows worth fixing
- Two or three workflows set up and working, built in your tools around your real work: things like drafting customer replies, summarizing meetings, preparing quotes, or organizing intake
- A short playbook your team can follow: what each workflow does, how to use it, and what to check before trusting the output
- A 30-day check-in to see what stuck, fix what didn’t, and decide what’s next
How the three weeks work
- Week 1: Discover. Kickoff workshop. We review your tools and how work actually gets done, then agree on the two or three workflows to build.
- Week 2: Build. I set up the workflows with you and test them on real examples from your business.
- Week 3: Hand off. Your team uses the workflows for real, we adjust them, and I deliver the playbook.
Thirty days later, we meet for the check-in.
Price
$2,500, fixed. No hourly billing and no surprise add-ons. The scope is set at kickoff.
If you want ongoing help afterward, optional coaching is available for $500 per month. It’s month to month, and you can stop anytime.
Who it’s not for
- Companies looking for custom software development or a large AI platform build
- Anyone expecting AI to replace staff in three weeks
- Teams that can’t set aside a few hours across the three weeks to work with me
- Larger organizations redesigning delivery across many teams. That’s advisory work, and I’m happy to talk about it separately.
Questions
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. The point is to get more out of what you already pay for. If a small additional tool would clearly help, I’ll tell you and explain why. You decide.
Is this done remotely?
Yes, by default. Sessions happen over video, and the setup work happens in your accounts with access you grant.
What about our data and privacy?
We’ll review what each tool does with your data before anything sensitive goes into it, and the playbook spells out what not to put into AI tools.
What if a workflow doesn’t work out?
Some ideas won’t hold up when tested on real work. When that happens, we swap in a better candidate during the three weeks. You’ll still leave with two or three that work.
How do we start?
Send a short note through the contact form about your business and where time gets lost. I’ll reply to set up a brief call to see if it’s a fit.
