Most of my time goes to my day job, teaching, and the fire company. But I do take on a small amount of outside work when it’s a good fit. Here’s what that looks like.
Advisory
For leaders who are already investing in technology or AI and need the way work gets done to catch up. My background is in connecting strategy, technology, and delivery: how plans turn into shipped work, how teams measure progress, and what has to change when new tools show up.
Engagements are selective and usually start small, such as a review of how work flows through your teams, a workshop on where AI fits in your delivery process, or a scoped look at your operating model.
I won’t promise a transformation. I’ll give you an honest outside view and practical next steps.
AI Jumpstart for small businesses
A fixed-price, three-week engagement for owners and small teams. We pick two or three real workflows and set them up on the AI tools you already pay for. You get a kickoff workshop, working setups, a short playbook, and a 30-day check-in.
$2,500, fixed. Optional coaching afterward is $500 per month, month to month.
Speaking and teaching
I teach business analytics at Wilmington University and enjoy talking about practical AI, delivery, and leadership with groups that want substance over hype.
